Application :

Morning and evening :
For the skin : aAfter carefully cleaning your face with our Miss Ella Lotion, massage it with your finger into all affected parts of the body. If necessary, use our Gimme Clean Lotion! until complete penetration.
For the scalp : After massaging scalp with your fingers and with our Gimme Clean Lotion! until complete penetration, apply the first shampoo. Rinse it out. Then shampoo a second time. Let rest a few minutes before rinsing.
Once or twice a week, make a more complete treatment: apply with your finger a few drops of lotion on the affected areas and let rest for twenty minutes in a warm towel prior to shampooing.

More Tips :

Morning : when you shower.
Evening : when you refresh while returning from work or when you go about your business before dinner, for example.
Before bed time : just before sleeping, apply a few drops with your fingers (scalp and any affected area).

Precaution for use :

• No suitable for children.
• Avoid sun exposure immediately after application.
• Do not use Gimme Clean! on bleeding or broken skin.
• It is recommended to use the product three a day and to cut your nails to avoid scratching any skin already damaged.

Duration of the Protocol :

• It is recommended to follow this protocol until the improvement of the appearance of your skin.
• Following skin cure, it is recommended to continue the protocol as a preventive routine and/or as soon as the first appearance of skin irritations or symptoms.

Period of use of bottle :

• Between 50 days and 3 months on average, depending on the area being treated.

• Adopt a healthy and balanced diet, incorporating foods (fruits and vegetables) rich in vitamin E and antioxidants to protect the cells in your body: almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, wheat germ, spinach, kiwi, avocado, peas, but also eggs and fatty fish are true allies!
• Playing a sport at regular intervals and grant yourself some relaxation times as soon as you can!, Favor outdoor recreation and REST!
